Journaling is good for your mental health!
Why do you ask? Keeping a journal will help you keep track of your goals, strengthen your memory and find your inspiration. Your writing time can be a type of personal relaxation time for you to de-stress and unwind.
Join us for FACL BC’s third weekend writing session on Sun, March 13 to find out more.
We will be getting together to write on one of three question prompts. Afterwards, we’ll share generally what came through in our writing and anything else that you’d like to share. Grab a coffee, bring a pen and paper and let’s start journaling.
See you there!
