Join us for an engaging Lunch & Learn seminar on Civil Litigation and Cross Cultural Clients, hosted by Doug Chiu and Serena Cheong of Hammerco Lawyers LLP.
About the Topic
Visible and ethnic minorities represent a sizeable amount of Vancouver’s population, and many are owners of small and medium enterprises in the Lower Mainland. When assisting both personal and business clients in litigation, there may be numerous cultural nuances and important legal issues for counsel to consider. These differences play a role in forming one’s litigation strategy and providing proper service to the client. We will be discussing real life cases and hope to provide insight on what to be aware of.
We thank Hammerco Lawyers LLP for graciously offering to host FACL BC for this event.
This seminar is eligible for 1 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credit, providing you with an opportunity to enhance your professional skills and stay updated on crucial legal topics. Don't miss this unique opportunity to expand your knowledge, connect with industry experts, and enjoy a productive lunch and learn experience.
