UPDATE (July 16 at 12:12PM): We are confirmed to proceed! Our team did some location scouting and found a dry, large tree-covered location next to the pond.
Look out for a large blue canopy tent + FACL BC banner (and please bring a light jacket because it's Vancouver).
We would suggest parking along Prince Albert Street (not Ross) - Google Maps.

The sunshine is out, the birds are chirping, summer is finally here.
Come join us for a picnic in the park on Sat, July 16 from 12:30 - 3:30pm. This will be an informal event to reunite our community and reconnect! +1s and children are more than welcome.
This will be potluck style - bring something for yourself and share with 5-6 people. To help reduce waste, you are encouraged to bring your own tupperware/cups. But we’ll have extras on our end if you forget.
If you have a frisbee or other park games, you’re encouraged to bring them too!
