The purpose of the FACL BC NCA & LLM Committee is to build a community for foreign-trained lawyers going through the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) process or Masters of Laws (Common Laws) (LLM CL) program, as we recognize that several lawyers who go through the relicencing process in BC are racialized and impacted by those requirements.

Our NCA & LLM Committee is dedicated to building community, providing support, and advocating for foreign-trained lawyers who are either already working as lawyers in BC or are currently NCA or LLM CL candidates.
