Meet our Presenters


Parisa Gerami Hurst

Parisa practices all aspects of commercial real estate law, including acquisitions and sales, the real estate aspects of corporate and project finance transactions, development projects, and leasing. She advises clients in different industries on commercial real estate matters and regularly acts on acquisition and disposition of mixed-used projects, shopping centres, office buildings, industrial properties, and various land tenures.


Avnit Dhaliwal

Avnit is an associate in BLG’s commercial real estate group. She advises clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions of commercial property, leasing, development projects and real estate financing. Her practice involves various industries, such as the hospitality industry, retail shopping centres, industrial properties and mixed-use developments.
