Anti-Asian Racism and Hate Incidents Resource List
Updated April 2022
Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been an alarming rise of racist incidents against Asian people across North America, including BC. BC has the most reported incidents per capita of any sub-national region in North America. The majority of incidents are against East and Southeast Asian individuals, and Asian women are the most disproportionately targeted, making up 60% of reported incidents (source: Fight COVID Racism).
To support our community members who are impacted, FACL BC’s Advocacy Committee has put together this resource guide.
